Dear Cayuse Customer,

 

This month I will be offering three 30 minute Cayuse424 version 3.8 preview
sessions. I will be demonstrating some of the new features, functionality
and user interface improvements in v3.8 including:

 

1.     New and improved "People" tab with search and "recently viewed"
capabilities

2.     New "Manage Key Person" functionality (easier and faster!)

3.     New reporting functionality that all users can utilize

4.     Autofill performance sites.from Institutional Profiles

5.     NRSA (Fellowship) Support

Greetings Cayuse Customers, 

 

Grants.gov has acknowledged a formatting issue in the transmission of the
SF424-C form to the eRA Commons. This issue is affecting all
System-to-System submissions at this time.  This issue results in the budget
form/data being displayed incorrectly once the proposal is retrieved by the
eRA Commons. 

 

To resolve this issue, all empty fields in the "Total Cost" and "Cost Not
Allowable for Participation" columns must have a placeholder of "$1" entered
to ensure proper formatting appears within the eRA Commons.  These changes
will not affect your total budget since the two columns negate each other in
the Total Allowable Costs column.

 

Grants.gov and the NIH are both aware of this issue. A resolution to this
issue is not likely to occur prior to the July 17th deadline.
